Which frameworks does a script support?
Every script supports ESX, QBCore, Qbox, ox_core and standalone. The product page lists that script's verified adapters, including inventories where they apply, and links to its documentation.
How is a purchase delivered?
Checkout runs on Tebex, and you authorize the basket with your Cfx.re account first so delivery is tied to the right account. Tebex emails the receipt, and the delivery route depends on how that package is published — the support page walks through checking it.
Do I need a database or ox_lib?
Not necessarily. Requirements are per script: some run with no dependency at all, and some use a MySQL connector when one is present. The Requirements section of each script's documentation is the authority here.
Can I rename the resource folder?
Yes, for the scripts that document it. Where a resource supports renaming, its documentation says what changes and what keeps working as an alias.
How do I get updates?
Updates are published to the same package you bought, so you download the new version through the account you purchased with. Each script's documentation carries its changelog.
Who handles payment, invoices and refunds?
Tebex Limited is the merchant of record, so payment, invoices, tax and refund handling are theirs. Their terms of service apply to the purchase. Billing questions go through the help link on your Tebex receipt, or Tebex contact.
