Please redact licence keys, tokens, database credentials and anything personal that is not needed to reproduce the problem.
Start order and requirements differ per script, so check the Requirements and Installation sections of that script's documentation first. The server console usually names the missing dependency directly.
Scripts that support renamed dependencies expose a name map in their config. The Configuration section of that script's documentation shows the exact key.
Delivery is tied to the account you authorized at checkout, and we cannot move a grant between accounts ourselves. Open a ticket with your order reference and both account names so it can be raised with Tebex and Cfx.re.
Updates are published to the package you already bought, so you download the new version through the account you purchased with. Each script's documentation carries its changelog so you can see what changed first.
Refunds and transfers are decided under the policy that applied at checkout, and Tebex processes them as merchant of record. Start from the help link on your receipt or Tebex contact, and read their terms of service for what that policy says.
